Unexpected surprise in an Australian bakery... An artisanal Italian panettone. From the weight and volume it seemed well made. I couldn't resist tasting it right away in my car. The appearance didn't deceive me: it was excellent! Sweet at the right point, soft and with a pleasant orange aroma. Thank you and compliments to the pastry chef.

Artisan bread and sweet treats that are so beautifully baked and presented. They know their stuff here. The cost merely reflects the quality. Isn't overpriced, just not supermarket prices. Each thing I've tried has been amazing.
Honestly, don't listen to Maurice's review. This bread isn't solid, it's fresh and delicious, not stale at all! My gay best friend got this ham and cheese thing (forget what it's called) and accidentally left it at my house. BIG. MISTAKE. I ate it the next day and it was incredible!
