I recently completed the five day juice cleanse. Following the simple advice of lemon, Himalayan salt and water first thing in the morning sticking to one every two hours keeping my fluids up and “chewing” my juice. I found it quite easy. I managed to train x 4 sessions that week, all be it in a reduced rate. I did it for gut health and I could not be happier. I will definitely do it again. It was easy to purchase, delivered when they said it would and on ice. The juices were fresh and delicious. Thank you juice syndicate. 👌👌

Best juice cleanse I’ve ever tried! Different flavours all taste great, easy to maintain a 5 day cleanse, more energy, sleep better and lost 5.3 kg as a bonus! Highly recommend!!

I have done regular cleanses using these juices and I can’t recommend them highly enough. They taste amazing and really make me feel great on the inside! Definitely a great way to reboot your system! Also, excellent customer service!
