We have come to Palat quite a few times now and every single time the food is amazing, the staff are lovely and the owners so welcoming. They even remember us now. Tonight was my partner's birthday and they let me drop a cake off early in the day so it could be a surprise, made sure we had everything we needed for a lovely birthday dinner, and when it was time for the cake they put the candles on and lit them and even sang Happy Birthday with all of us. Just a great vibe and delicious food. Love coming here! (Alanna & Leigh)

The dining experience was truly exceptional! The culinary delights were not only amazing but also generously portioned. What truly set this place apart was the impeccable service; the entire staff exuded warmth and friendliness. I can't wait to revisit for their delightful breakfast – a true treat for the senses!

Always sceptical of any google review that claims a food is worthy of a near 5⭐ rating. However in this case I was really surprised. The beef in the Hanoi style beef pho very tender. The rice noodle cut short for people like me to get hold of. If I lived in Geelong I would make this my go-to Pho place. Almost as good as the one I found in Flemington Sydney.

Had the stuffed pancake/omelette. Thought it was overpriced. Taste was average. Yes i know the photo is of a full brekky. Wasn’t much either. Coffee was ok. Service and atmosphere are good. Need to take more risks with the menu.

It is hard to imagine a cafe or restaurant with better staff ,service and meal quality than this. The chilli omelette looked so good I started to cut it before I took a picture. It was even better tto eat than it looked. Amazing.
